For the second straight season, the 2008 Boys have clinched a spot in the ECNL National Playoffs, becoming the first boys team in club history to accomplish the feat. The boys are currently 8-0-4 in league play, one of only four teams in the entire U15 ECNL division to not have a loss on the season.
In addition, Coach Tony Massie’s squad went undefeated at the Indiana Elite Fall Shootout, the Grand Park College Showcase, the St. Louis ECNL Showcase, the Ohio Elite College Showcase and the Crossroads of America College Showcase. In fact, at the Crossroads of America College Showcase at Grand Park, they were the only team in the top U15 division to post a 3-0 record. On the season, the boys have only lost one game in 34 outings and have compiled an impressive 19 shutouts. They finish the season this weekend at the Pride Performance Center against the Rockford Raptors and Eclipse Select before heading to Greensboro at the end of June. Come out and support the team!
