Our #redlion Invitational event is host some of the best youth soccer teams in the region. Come out to the city of Lawrence to see the action Sunday. Finals will commence at Noon.

🚨WE NEED YOU🚨

How many hours do we sign up for with the club?
General players upon registering sign up for 4 hours with the club throughout the year at any of our events.
Scholarships will have a separate hour count that is explained upon scholarship approval.
This is one of the last events to be able to complete your hours so please consider taking a slot or if you take 2 this will complete your hours in their entirety in one sitting. If you sign up for 2 back to back then you will have less time there as there is no crossover time needed so you will just stay there until the next volunteer arrives for their timeslot.

For these events we need your help. The sign up sheet thats attached explains all and we will send over more details as we get closer to all participants but for now as we are in need of some volunteers for tournament prep.

There are a few options -
Field Marshals (most important to keep a safe and smooth running event) - This involves giving/collecting game cards and reporting score (as easy as scanning QR code on game card and entering on website). Also being our eyes on the field should we need medical or security at a field by radioing HQ.
HQ Assistance - Preparing and handling anything that is needed from HQ
Trash Collection - Using Golf cart to maintain a clean facility by empting trash cans and disposing of trash bags in dumpster
Concessions - Working the concessions stand, handling money and food/drinks (must be 16 years and older)

You can log in and change your sign up at any time up to 48 hours before the event. So once your childs schedule comes out and you want to work around it you can log back in and change your sign up if it conflicts.
All hours go towards either your scholarship hours or general club hours and will be recorded from the sign up so it will ask for childs name when registering for a slot. You are welcome to take mulitple slots and can have ANY family members or friends fulfil the hours for you.
